Brilliant service from my consultant pre booking and the booking of my cruise. However after booking the cruise my emailled questions have gone unanswered....

Very dissapointed

Dissapointed I was not given wallet pack, to put paper work, tickets etc,in also not supplied with Lanyet. As the other booking office I have dealt with supplied them.Kept me up to date before...
