As for the booking process, our sales rep was friendly but new to the job (why do they receive the title of 'cruise specialist'?). As a result, she made a few mistakes and I felt that I had to explain things to her (with my limited knowledge of cruising). She corrected everything in the end but I think more training for newly hired staff would be in place.
