With respect to the Name Change Fee, This is a system constraint as we must apply a standardised policy for all flight tickets that are listed for sale on the website. Whilst we understand you frustration, we must make sure that both the selling party and buyer know exactly what they are purchasing by ensuring all fee's payable on the sellers side would be covered - This is so the seller is not left with unknown fee's when changing the name on their reservation. due to the fee's payable on the airlines part. Had we been made aware of this condition with your flight when you submitted your listing, we could have assisted you with this matter directly.
