The customer service is excellent but the publications could do with some improvement. There are typos, errors and, in some cases, fairly key concepts are not properly explained or gone through...

Good learning material and tutor support
Good quality course material. Tutor responded very quickly to any queries. Computer based mock exams prepared me well for the assessments. If I do level 3 I will definitely use them.
