Nayim was really friendly and he installed a new boiler for us in 2 days at short notice. We were impressed with how tidy he left the areas of the house and are really happy with the new boiler....
Excellent from start to finish. Not only did Craig from TPD give me a great price but he was very easy to contact and would reply personally to my queries very quickly - so much better than ringing...

We are very sorry that you had a bad experience with your boiler. As you can see from the reviews we publish we have very good customer feedback.
Unfortunately, we had a dispute with the engineer we used to complete your installation, as he was paid to complete the whole job including the thermostat, and did not return to do so after being paid.
You state that you haven't been able to contact us but we are open 24/7 and if you call our number anytime you will get through to someone. The problem was rectified and therefore the boiler up and running again that was based on a call out from the manufacturer in the end.

Install complete in a very quick time, and cleaned up afterwards.
