We are really sorry to hear that one of the items that you bought did not work properly. As promised in our telephone conversation, we looked into the situation straight away and we tested a couple of the items that we had in stock. None of these changed colour either so it looks like we must have received a faulty batch from our supplier. We have removed the item from the website and we will only put it back on when we are happy that everything is OK. We have had this product for years and have never had an issue - but something is obviously wrong with this batch. Thanks for letting us know about the problem and, as we discussed on the phone, we will sort a replacement gift out for you asap. Lisa
