Very easy however floor diagrams of rooms should be supplied along with a description of the differences between layout of a twin and double room I.e. Bunk beds no bunk beds
easy to book and easy to go through all options and prices before making a final decision

Although easy to navigate and see what I wanted, the checkout was poor as I ended up phoning to complete booking. Having said that the telephone operator was excellent and very friendly

Hi there,
thanks for your feedback, we value what our customers say as this helps towards progression in the future.
I am sorry to hear you were unable to process the booking online. I am unsure as to why this is as we work very closely with our dev team to ensure our customers have a smooth process whilst making a booking. I have informed them of this problem you were experiencing and they will be investigating this further.
It's great to hear you spoke to one of our friendly call centre agents!
I hope you have a lovely time when you visit in the Summer,
