I bought a twin pack of clear tape for 99p which when it arrived had a price sticker on saying 59p. My whole order took a very long time to arrive, not great :(

It would be helpful if customers could order from Head Office and not have to pay for the extortionate postal prices. It's not the fault of The Works but it could be got over by enabling customers...

The wrong producat was sent to me but the problem was rectified with little hassle

Price was great when using codes etc but delivery came in 3 separate parts which was annoying
