I was hoping to find a go-to brand for simple, high quality clothes. Unfortunately I don't think The White Company fits the bill, both because of the service issues and the inconsistent quality of the fabric.

I am a new customer for the White Co. and am pleased with the merchandise I have ordered so far. My only reservation is the time required for shipments and that seems to be improving.
