Volume doesn’t work at all
The volume isn’t working on the phone at all and I can’t find any direct emails from the watch hut on how to return the item and get a replacement

So far so good.
So far so good, to early to tell if the watch keeps good timing, but adjustment to the watch strap was done with quick effect.
