Thank you for your review regarding our Richmond Holiday Camp. We are sorry to hear of your 1* review which is a somewhat suprise. We give parents ample opportunity to leave us feedback. This is via our phone number and email you received from us via your Essential Info and Daily Newsletters at 6pm. We have just had a chat with your child's Key Person and they mentioned your child had a lovely time with us. She mentioned alongside our other staff, that all children had 2 violin 45 minute lessons with an amazing teacher Vanessa Leung. Also we are confused on you mentioning "naughty kids". This is not a term we would ever use to describe children's behaviour. We are so proud of our teams who received full training on inspiring a room of children alongside behavourial expectation. We do this in our morning circle time and warm up games and our focus on golden rules. We have spoken to the team and the children were all wonderful and were very well behaved - and most importantly happy! Our teams also mentioned your child was happy, enjoyed reading in the chill out zone and made some new friends. Thank you so much.
