Thank you so much for your review for our Dulwich Holiday Camp. We're so sorry to hear that your felt the team lacked enthusiasm. Our Dulwich team consisted of Abida, Zoe, Wonitah, Liam and Clarissa. All highly qualified and lovely people who love working with us. So again, we are sorry to hear this. We'd have loved to have known about your feedback before leaving us a review. We have checked our system and cannot see any communication from yourself about the above - which is a real shame as our Head Office team are here to ensure your experiences are positive with us. In regards to our team "just there to take in and shuffle around your kids" - we would respond to this and mention our fun-packed schedule that your 4 year old would have taken part in. We can see you were booked in for 4 days with us so your daughter would have taken part in our morning Ukulele sessions and in the afternoon would have experienced our carefully-curated workshops that are all designed by Lucy our Activities Leader - who is currently studying a PhD in education. Again, we'd love to welcome your daughter again in the future and if you have any feedback, would love to take action as soon as we receive it. Thanks again, The Strings Club Team
