On the rare occasions where someone does work out cheaper on a like-for-like basis we have a 'Price Promise' that means we will match or beat their offer. Dan

Thank you very much for your feedback and I am sorry to hear about the issues you experienced while you were with us. In terms of the price we humbly believe that we offer the best prices for storage in the local area - in the event that someone does find a cheaper price that us, we have a 'Price Promise' policy that ensures we will match any local competitor's price that does indeed work out better than ours. In terms of the issue with the door code, it is certainly not our practice to change the customer PIN access codes that we issue to customers without the customer requesting this, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused in terms of waiting and will look into what happened on this occasion to make sure it does not happen again. In terms of the availability of the trolleys we supply to help with moving goods, please be assured that we will look at our quantities of these and increase them if this is required. In terms of the opening hours, we definitely take onboard your comments and we have recently introduced a 24 hour access option at the Leicester site which should make things a lot easier for people who need access outside standard hours. With regards to the invoicing, in almost all cases people will pay the same amount every 4 weeks, generally this would only change if they take additional storage space or downsize their space (so that they pay less for example) - we will certainly look at your specific situation to see if anything can be make more simple for our customers going forward. Thanks so much for your positive feedback. On the point you make regarding the promotional price, we always aim to give our customers the best deal based on the length of time they think they will be in storage. We now also have a longer term discount option where customers when they begin storage can choose to receive a discount for up to a full 12 months if required to give them a bit more flexibility. Dan
