Hello Mel, We are contacting you today following your review for our service and product. We have taken on board your comments and we have tried the timer for ourselves. You are indeed correct that this is not an hour time,r and only lasts for just over 6 minutes. Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment this has caused. We were unaware of this and we have now amended the product description. In light of this, we are going to refund your item in full. We take our service and product quality seriously and when something is brought to our attention that has a detrimental effect on our reputation, we aim to resolve any issue quickly without fuss.
