We won't be using this company again

This is the second time an order has not arrived on the specified date. Last time my daughter ordered a tree to be delivered to us before we left for France. No show. It had to be left in England...

Royal Mail attempted to deliver your parcel twice on the estimated delivery date and were unable to leave it as no one was at home.
