My daughter loves the variety of stories and recurring characters. I also really like that each strip has differing art styles and we'll thought out narratives.

The highlight of the week!
My eight-year-old always reads the Phoenix as soon as it comes through the letterbox, and will regularly go back and read old copies at bedtime - Bunny vs Monkey is a big favourite!

My son loves the Phoenix and subsequently all the books by Jamie too. He was loosing his love of books but this comic has reignited his love of reading again! Love it.

My daughter has been reading the phoenix from age 8-12 and still loves it. She's not a huge fan of reading books but this is the next best thing and has her reading weekly.

Still great, though not at it's peak right now.
Whilst still excellent, there's a feeling here that the current set of stories are slightly less enjoyable than those that have gone before.

It’s been a gateway to my child reading, so I’m very happy. My boy seems to like it more than my girl, although they love Hilda tv show.

Worth trying and if they like it, they'll be hooked in a good way.
It is the perfect magazine for any child who enjoys reading. It has such a wide range and he always gets excited when each issue arrives.
