Thank you for your comments with regards to your recent booking with The Luxury Holiday Company. We are sorry that you feel we have been slow with our response rate, however having investigated this there was an initial delay due to the flights requested being outside of booking range (travelling in January/February 2020). In addition we are still waiting on some hotel availability. I, however am confident that your consultant Alison has kept you up-to-date throughout this process, however my sincere apologies if we have not met your expectations.

Unsure as to what they’re doing for the money - for example - i liaise with Belmond to give them my details and I contact people to self organise other parts ....rather bemused.....
