Easy, intuitive website to use. I also like the fact that as well as auctions you can buy existing loan parts and sell them if you need to raise funds quickly. Customer service appears good as well.

I like the improvements on the website. I also like the fact that you can call and talk to real people rather than communicating only through emails or other messaging system.
