Easy to set up policy. I made a mistake on DOB and when I realised they quickly sorted it. It’s a new pet policy so don’t know how straight forward making a claim would be, hope don’t have to

My policy doesn’t start until October so I can not really comment
I haven’t started using it yet but when I phoned up to correct my address the lady was very helpful
