They were very helpful on the phone, clear and polite.
First call didn't mention name change of website, so had to make second call to clarify purchase of insurance required.

Initial impressions very good.
So far so good, I haven't made any claims so can't assess that part of the policy, however the quotation and signing up process were excellent and hassle free. Very good impression.

MULTIPLE DOGS
I wanted to insure 4 dogs - one already insured & 3 new ones. I did find the online form a little confusing as I wasnt sure where to add the further dogs and I couldnt start from the one already...
