Poor customer service!
As my dog is only 2 I am not an expert in pet insurance and as there is 4 different types of cover I wanted further advise.
I obtained my quotes from compare the market and called the Emporium team...

The concerning this is you say you try and offer a high standard service but i spoke to two members of staff and recieving shocking information and appalling service.

It was very easy to take the policy out but when I have sent an email to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period, I have had NO reply.

Not sure if they have any staff ??? !!!!
Impossible to get through on the phone Tried several times but couldn’t get anyone to answer
Tried to apply online via compare the market.com to be met with site down for maintenance

Could do better!
The Insurance Emporium had the best price for our pet insurance. But they offer no online access to manage your documents and they are slow replying to emails. 3 stars - could do better!
