Great course content and tutor, let down a little by the facilities

The course was really good, the tutor was excellent - the building is OK, although the facilities (beverages and lunch) were mediocre which is why I have not given 5 stars.

All pre course interactions went very well. Easy to use websites, easy booking and payment. Well received info on prework etc. Training faciliaties are average, instructor was late and we never went...
