I appreciate why you feel a little disgruntled regarding the missing glass and the fact we have asked for you to obtain it locally. Unfortunately one of the disadvantages of the horticultural glass is that it can quite easily break in the hands of a courier and so we are unable to send it by this means. Therefore in this sort of instance to prevent delay on installation, we do have to ask our customers to obtain what they need locally and then forward us the receipt for any costs incurred.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope that the further erection of your greenhouse goes without complication. However if you do have any issues at all then please do not hesitate to contact me personally.
