I love this cheese. It is the perfect yummy blue - moreish and strong but also with a creamy flavour.

A very nice mozzerella, packaged carefully and delicious with my homegrown tomatoes and some EVOO.

Great with cheese and great on their own. Lots of flavour and an excellent consistency, not too dry and hard but with a good “snap”

Simply the best cheese cracker ever, flavour is unusual and delicious while the consistency is neither too hard & dry nor too soft.

Good flavour but a little too salty and brittle by comparison to others in the range. Good colour so nice eye appeal.
