Could be the best soft cheese I have tasted so far this year

This is an excellent cheese vying with long clawson

Good taste and texture

The only replacement there is for Fort's Bath Oliver biscuits which are no longer made. I like their nuttiness, texture, absence of sweetness and moderate saltiness.

The variety of cheese received each month is excellent and is ready to eat (no ripening required) however the price is quite high. So great cheese but expensive.

Normally purchase Reblochon in the winter months for Tarte-de-Flec, excuse the spelling. Good substitute.
