Thanks for taking the time to leave us this feedback - I'm sorry once again that we were unable to alter the delivery address in time. Our Christmas system could make it tricky to make alterations to orders and sadly they couldn't be resolved with a simple e-mail to our couriers. We're working hard at improving this at the moment, so thankfully this will be unlikely to occur again. Kind regards, Tom
