Good product but what's the point in ordering as a surprise for Christmas when they plaster the contents of the entire box all over the "gift" packaging?

Website wrapping service was confusing. Emailed after submitting order and no reply. I had to contact to sort out the issue which was to late to sort as they'd not acted on the email I had sent....
