A crumbly strong Lancashire. I am enjoying this cheese a lot, delicious. It crumbles on cutting into flakes, and it is a fine choice to have in a cheese selection. I am delighted with it.

More popular with my guests than me but they all raved about it. They liked the soft consistency in particular.

One of the best cheeses I’ve tasted this year. Reminiscent of a ripe Camembert but with its own depth of flavour. Such a shame it’s seasonal as I wou,d eat this all year round.

I love normal goats cheese, this cheese said it was mellow, however I found it quite strong, nice but not sure I would repurchase it again.
