Considering we were in lockdown the products arrived quickly and intact - which is more than can be said for another skincare/beauty products company I ordered from!

The service was good, however a replacement for the solid hand cream bar never arrived but they were kind enough to sent another one out (although two bars should have been replaced)

the Hand cream in a tin is beautiful ,,lovely idea in a tin to carry around in your bag and lovely hand cream to use will definitely buy it again..

Why advertise your products on social media, when you do not have stock? If you pay for ads and you sold out, pause the ads. So dissapointing, when you want to buy it and you see the do not have any.
