We are sorry you are not happy with our service we do price our items as competitive as possible these covers can only be sent on UPS as they are to heavy for the Royal Mail price bracket the item you bought which was Outback Universal cover to fit Excel & Omega BBQ prices at £15.99 with delivery @ £4.95 total £20.94 is still the cheapest out there, when you place an order the calendar comes up for you to select the delivery date. We have tested this and it works very well. Some customers prefer to pick their BBQ up from us.
