BBQ had to be returned missing parts and misaligned holes had to phone twice only to be told they would deal with the complaint by email ???

Easy, Very fast, No problems excellent experience.
The order was taken and processed efficiently and e-mails to confirm for next day delivery .
However , the TNT man did not manage to get either myself ( who was at home all day waiting ) or my wife...
