Fast delivery but no instructions in box therefore rates as poor from customer point of view

We are extremely sorry there were no instructions in the BBQ box these are put in by the manufacturer and we do not open the boxes that are sealed by them, they can be downloaded direct from the OUTBACK website. or if requested we can send them via e-mail. We do sell a lot of these BBQ's and have not had many people stating that they have had difficulty with assembling.

Delivered on time packing was poor, box was open although nothing was missing.
