The organisation and information was good apart from them not having the correct information regarding the other person who was booked on the trip as there was only 2 in the group.

Hi, Sorry about this. Sometimes though the information can change as people cancel and others join, the information we provide is accurate at the time we provide it of course. I am sorry we left you disappointed though and we shall review to try to improve the process for future.
