Staff don’t know what they are doing. Should have gone direct to Intrepid who provided the holiday. The intrepid holiday was great, organised, and the kids loved it

I noted your frustration in July regarding providing details and we have made changes to the business since that point which will make life much easier for our customers. I also note your agent put a lot of components together with lots of options for you. Great family holiday
We had a great holiday with a good variety of activities and time to relax. It was well organised with excellent accommodation and food. Our group leader was outstanding.
