Dear Victoria,
Thank you for your feedback. I have taken it on board and am looking into what we can improve. I think your review is slightly disingenuous as I can see you emailed on Oct 2nd at around 13:00 and we replied at around 17:30 the same day, We explained the partner would contact you. On October 7th you emailed again at around 15:00 and we replied at 13:00 the following day with more information.
I am sorry and shocked you felt conned. We had sent all details to your My Account records where you can view and download, We do not 'con' anyone as we're a legitimate business as the vast majority of our reviews demonstrate.
I would be happy to publish the email chain here if that's OK with you. Please let me know.
As mentioned though, I will be reviewing our processes and seeing what we can do better to ensure no customer feels lost of any anxiety over this booking.
