Thank you for your feedback and congratulations on successfully passing your part 3. Having completed all your part 3 training with our local trainer based in Nottingham it was unfortunate that they were unable to continue with this trainer as you started with your trainee licence, as we do like to maintain consistency of trainer and realise that even bringing a trainer into your area can have some limitations. We work hard to provide as much opportunity for our trainees to engage with all parts of our course, from our online learning, virtual classrooms, physical classrooms, and mentoring as well as in-car training to make sure the support available is fully utilised and advice on progress and test readiness is well received and supportive to overall progress. AA Driving School and BSM are both ORDIT registered organisations and as well as complying with the requirements of ORDIT we go beyond the requirements with our internal processes of training and quality assurance, to ensure our course and our trainers are consistently delivering to the high standards we require within our instructor training.
