Hi there, First and foremost I would like to thank you for your time in leaving this feedback. Following our discussion, I appreciate your comments, and in an ideal world it would work like that, however, the training reviews can not be pre-planned due it being dependant on the tests being passed, Conversely though, I am always available for a meeting should you request one. We have also spoken about the platform issues you had, and these either appear to be temporary glitches, or following a discussing with the platform designers an issue with your internet signal dropping out - Either way I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Regarding finding the training materials, I believe I have now shown you the search function on the website should you wish to find something in the future.
