We are disappointed in reading your review today as clearly you have had concerns with the service you are receiving. On review of your training and franchise account we are unable to find any communications that suggest there have been concerns raised, so I have asked a member of our support team to reach out and understand what is not working for you and review how we can support you. As you will be aware from your training, we regularly ask for feedback following your in-car training, your online training and at other milestones throughout your training. Our training support team and our franchise support teams are available 5 days a week to assist with any enquires or concerns. We look forward to understanding your concerns in full and seeing how we can turn the experience around for you. Lastly, congratulations on your Part 3 success in October, we are pleased that you have been able to return to the profession as an Approved Driving Instructor.
