Hi Dennis, we're very sorry to hear you chose to cancel you policy due to this. Unfortunately, this charge isn't something our Car Insurance team could have removed. However, if you felt the miss type was an error on our behalf, this is something we could have certainly passed over to our dedicated Customer Care team who would have investigated this matter and refunded you the charge, had they found that this was an error on our behalf. We apologise once more for any inconvenience this may have caused, thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
