Your representative, Wendy Swansbry, listened to my not always easy requirements carefully, and then took time to meet them. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Pleasant clear and helpful. Spelt out clearly what the deal included particularly regarding flights with Ryanair whose policy particularly on luggage seems to change on a regular basis.
