Unfortunately, sometimes finding the exact and correct offer can be quite time consuming, but to ensure we are booking your holiday correctly our agents must ensure this is done thoroughly to ensure to mistakes are made.
On every booking, our agents must complete a full checklist and legal closing statement to ensure the booking is being confirmed correctly.
This is a legal requirement for every booking, and can be quite time consuming so we do thank you for your patience whilst our agent was completing this.

We were very impressed with the service we received. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful advisors.
Very helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very patient and rang and emailed with every piece of information that was needed. I would use them again and recommend them.
