However, at the same time, we are extremely sorry to realise that you had such a bad experience with one of our services. Since we take our client's review really seriously, please note that we have already taken the needed actions with the driver regarding the type of vehicle. We always want to provide our customers with the high-quality vehicle they booked for, without any disappointments. When it comes to the late pickup, we would like to apologize for this issue. As the driver mentioned, we always try to notify our customers as soon as we notice that something may not be going that well. The contact phone number used, is always the one the client filled up in their form. Please note that if someone else booked the booking for you, this message may have been sent to them instead of your phone number. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
