Since we consider that your transfer was not completed as promised, we have already issued the whole refund of your reservation. You shall receive the amount back at your account within less than 10 business days. In cases like the one you experienced, we always recommend contacting our multilingual 24/7 Customer Service so we can work on solving this issue at the exact moment of the pickup. If we are not aware of this current situation, we are unable to solve it on time and the only option possible is to refund you the amount back some days after. Please note that if you do not have a phone available, you can also reach us via e-mail or via the chat of the reservation. As a gesture of an apology for the hassle you may have experienced, we have also sent you a discount code. We would be more than happy if you could please give us a second chance to prove to you how our real hassle-free and high-quality service is.
