We are terribly sorry to realise you had such an unpleasant ride with one of our transfers. We truly understand how frustrating this may have been for you since this is not the service you paid for. Of course, we long to give to our customers the high-quality service that is offered when creating the booking. Also, since we consider that most of the details from their contract were not completed we have refunded you the 75 % of the reservation. You shall receive your amount back at your account on the upcoming 4 business days.
