Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Each one of our customer's reviews is very relevant for us in order to improve our future services. We are terribly sorry to realise that you had such an unpleasant pickup. We completely understand how stressful and awkward this may have been for you, especially when travelling alone in a foreign country and after such a long flight. Of course, this is not the service we want to offer to our customers. Please note that we have already taken serious action with the driver from your transfer, we want to make sure that all the pickups go smoothly without any strange situations in-between. However, please be well aware that some of our local partners due to airports conditions, they need to perform different meeting procedures than the ordinary ones. This means, that in your case there were two different people which one was the greeting one and the other one was finally the driver since the greeting person is in charge of walking the client to their driver. Also, in some cases, due to driver's availability, the driver may not be the one which is shown on the voucher (which we understand that may be confusing). However, on some occasions, due to previous transfers delays or other unexpected situations that may happen, our local partners need to re-arrange some drivers. We are already well aware of how stressful travelling can get, so our last intention is to add any stress in these situations. This is why our Customer Service always makes sure to solve any rare situation that our customers may experience. Having said this, we would like to make sure to know which contact channel to approach us regarding this matter did you used, so we can check why this issue was not solved properly.
