We are really sorry to realise that the driver did not complete all the details from your reservation. We completely understand how frustrating this was for you, especially when you took the time to pre-book a transfer in order to have a smooth pickup. Please be well aware that we have already taken serious action with the driver from your transfer. We definitely want to avoid this situation ever happening again since we consider that all of our transfer should be issued as promised at the booking moment. In order to compensate you for all the hassle caused, we have already activated the refund of the extra 5 €you paid for the meet & greet. You will receive the amount back within 10 business days.
