We are very sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience and please accept our apologies. Unfortunately we fell short of our normal service levels on this occasion and we did not deal with this as efficiently as we could have. Our staff have been reminded of the service levels we strive to deliver and we have further addressed this through our ongoing customer service training.
In relation to the premium, the turnover had more than trebled in relation to the overseas activities and this resulted in the premium being increased by over 90%. Though we always aim to get the best possible price for our clients sometimes this is not possible due to various circumstances. This was explained in our correspondence and that the renewal was not on a like for like basis with the previous year.
