The item was poor quality for the price and I had to pay for the return post.
To find out how to do a return was not very clear, I had to email them for instructions.

Hi Paige, we are sorry to hear that your order has been lost in transit.
As we spoke via email, we can confirm that a full refund has been processed today as you no longer need the goods to be resent as a next day delivery service.
We are sorry again that the order did not reach you in time for the event and in addition, we would like to give you 10% off your next order with no minimum spent and valid for 6 months: a discount code was sent to your email.
