It’s worth it!
Service has been great. The system felt overwhelming to start with, but after talking to the people at Bott, they were able to break it down and make it make sense to me very quickly, and very easily.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay and lack of communication. This definitely isn't our standard processing time, nor our standard for keeping our customers in the loop, and we're truly sorry this one slipped through the cracks as we were navigating some challenges in the warehouse. We appreciate your business.
