Sell the property myself next time the solicitor dies all if the work.
Once an offer had been accepted from a buyer Swetenhams did nothing. I accepted s cash offer in 21 March but the buyer decided to get a mortgage. I had to find this all out myself from the solicitors.

Better communication required my calls were hardly ever returned I was always chasing them.

We already wrote and had our complaint looked into, was found to be ungrounded, they would say that, so pointless continuing. Funny how one member of staff left very soon afterwards related or not I don't know but there does seem to be a high turn over of staff

Fab service
Definitely use Swetenhams services again. Their mortgage advisor is brilliant as is the sales negotiator and manager. Their whole team did a great job.
